Due to the personal and hygienic nature of vaping devices and e-liquids, as well as strict state and federal regulations, we maintain a clear Return and Refund Policy to ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience.

1. Change of Mind Returns

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is completely unused, unopened, factory-sealed, and in its original packaging.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the postage costs associated with returning change-of-mind items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Exclusions: Opened or used disposable vapes, e-liquids, replacement pods, coils, and tanks cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items

  • Reporting Window: If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective, or non-functional upon arrival, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Verification Process: To process a claim for a defective or DOA device, you may be required to provide photos or video evidence clearly demonstrating the issue along with your order number.
    • Resolution: Verified defective or damaged items will be eligible for a full refund, store credit, or a free replacement dispatched at no additional cost.

3. Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect item or flavor, please contact customer support immediately without opening or breaking the product seal.
    • Once verified, we will arrange a return label for the incorrect item and immediately dispatch the correct product to you.

4. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Approved returns will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse before a refund or replacement is issued.
    • Refund Method: Refund payments are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
